Florida is a no-fault state. What that means is, if you are in an auto accident, regardless of whose fault it is, your OWN auto insurance pays your medical bills. It is a mandatory-statutory law.
As soon as your health insurance finds out it was auto related, they will send you a bill.
Call your auto insurance and report it. Report your injuries or any pay and get a claim number. Most accident facilities will NOT see you. Unless, you have a claim number.
